Reese peanut butter cup on plan

(I also made these smaller ones in an egg silicone tray for me to have at Easter while the kiddos have their Cadbury pb eggs I got mine. And in the smaller egg form I get 3 per meal) note picture below.

Holy cow. I was craving something sweet. A Reese's peanut butter cup. Mix the optavia brownie mix with the required water in a bowl; mix 2 tablespoons pb2 with 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon water in bowl. Spray silicone with non stick spray. Layer 1/2 brownie mix first then all the pb2 mix then the remaining brownie. Put in the freezer for about 2 hours. I got my sweet tooth totally satisfied.

I'm going to michaels tomorrow to get a candy mold so I can make bite size ones instead of a big one.

Pb2 = snack
Brownie = 1 fueling

This combo makes a great shake to.

  2. This is one of my favorite treats. Sometimes, for variety, I use the chocolate chip cookie instead of the brownie. Or the pudding with peanut butter works great too. And you get more because you get so much pudding. I have a small heart shaped silicone tray. When I use the pudding I get 12 hearts! With the brownie and the chocolate chip cookie I get 6 hearts.

  3. I love that you found such a creative way to satisfy your sweet tooth while still staying on track with Optavia.
