Fried rice on plan



1 serving 

Each serving provides 
3 greens
1/3 lean
1 condiment 
1 healthy fat

1 tsp olive oil - healthy fat 
1 cup cauliflower rice- 2 greens
1/4 cup zucchini cubes- 1/2 green
1/4 cup red pepper- 1/2 green 
1 egg beaten- 1/3 lean 
1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 condiment 

Put the oil in the pan and sauté the pepper and zucchini. Put the cauliflower rice in and stir for just a couple minutes. Then add the beaten egg and stir till the egg is well incorporated and cooked. Add the soy sauce and enjoy.
