Hamburger and Cabbage stir fry

each serving provides
1 lean
3 greens
3 condiments
1 healthy fat

6 oz. 96% fat free hamburger meat- leaner
1 cup raw cabbage shredded-2 greens
1/4 cup raw orange bell pepper- 1/2 green
1/4 cup chopped scallions -1/2 green
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

brown hamburger meat in a skillet; add the olive oil and add all the other ingredients. You just want to cook till the cabbage is just starting to get limp. Its nice to have a bit of a firmness still.
