Baked stuffed Portabella mushroom



Serving size 1

Large portabella mushroom = 4.0 oz / 2 greens
Fresh spinach =3/4 cup / 3/4 green of 1 green
Fresh tomato = 1/4 cup/ 1/4 green
 Mixed low fat cheese= 1/2 cup/ 1/2 leaner
1 tablespoon Newman’s own sesame ginger dressing 

I mixed it all together and put on top of my mushroom. Covered with foil and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. You want the mushroom cooked but still firm.

1/2 lean
1 condiment
