Pesto bagel

Each serving provides
1 fueling
1/7 lean
2 condiments
1 healthy fat (optional)
1 pesto mac and cheese
1 mashed potatoes
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat oven to 350. Pour 1 pesto mac and cheese into a grinder till its a powder form. ( I use my magic bullet for this but you can use a coffee grinder to) Put in a bowl with 1 pkt mashed potatoes. Add baking powder and egg whites. Mix till combined. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. Fill 2 donut cavities with your mix. It will go over your donut hole which is ok. Bake 7-9 minutes or till it's slightly brown.
I toast my bagel and add 2 tablespoons jalapeno cream cheese between the 2 halves. = 1 healthy fat
