Ziti or rustic penne hack





 
 
Wanting lasagna. Try this while on program. 

Ziti marinara= fueling

1/4  cup mushrooms 
         +
1/4 cup zucchini 
---------------------
1 vegetable serving

1 low fat Swiss laughing cow Swiss wedge= 1 healthy fat 

I put the required amount of water; but I use boiling water not cold.  Stir and let it sit for 30 minutes then add all the other stuff and microwave warm.
