Shrimp Ceviche



(1 serving) 

Each serving provides 
1/2 leanest
1 Healthy fat
1 green
1 condiment 

3 1/2 oz. cooked shrimp - 1/2 lean
1/3 diced fresh avocado - 1 healthy fat
1/2 cut fresh chopped tomato- 1 green 
1 lemon wedge- 1 condiment 
2 fresh basil leaves chopped on top

Mix together and squeeze your lemon wedge over top when your ready to eat. 
Simple and easy. Eat this as an appetizer before your dinner. Remember this is using up some of your lean and green.
